Castiel has many powers that would be considered God-like, he is a Seraphim after all. I, as a player, have no desire to break the game so all of Castiel's game-breaky powers off the table. It will be like he never had them. Below is a list of basic abilities that Cas possesses both from being an angel and training with Sam and Dean to be a hunter.

Castiel is also a Seraph Angel but in his world, the angels fell and his grace has been limited. I would like him to be able to keep his healing and restorative powers, meaning he would be able to heal himself and others with a touch. I would also like him to be able to keep the powers of Sedation and dream walking in order to help his friends with their nightmares. As of right now he wings are broken so flying isn't an option right now, but if it is possible for his wings to be restored then I would love for him to have them solely for the ability to fly within the constructs of the game.
